Want to be someone everyone recognizes

If you always think that you want to be someone, whom people recognize and you want to create your name as a brand then you have to work on many things for yourself and making yourself a brand in front of people.

Many students spent their whole college and school life just thinking that they will achieve something great one day and always they just dream for that one thing.

To be the one you do always wanted to you have is to do your analysis. Judge yourself and find out your critical skills and your weakness. In simple terms, we can call it oneself SWOT analysis. During this analysis, you have to be very true and sure for yourself that whatever you will write for yourself will be the clear truth without any sugar coat. Because if you will put in weakness in the coating that would not be your actual analysis and you would never be able to develop yourself.

You should also understand the fact every student in this world and country wants to become big but only a few can achieve what they have thought of it is because they are constantly working on themselves and networking with people who are intelligent and wiser from them.

You can also find out the gap between your dreams and your current positions by doing simple exercise and that would require you just a paper. You can write down your strengths and the special competencies you have on one side of the paper and the other side mention the skills you need to become your dream person or to achieve your dreams.

There is nothing a human cannot achieve in this world. You just only need to find a roadmap and actionable to achieve that.

All the people who have become great in the past decades and centuries have affected people's lives in some way or another. And it is true to an extent that if you are achieving something that would affect people's life or make them feel more valuable you will be something or someone.

Make sure that your dream and idea which you want to pursue should be attached to people's lives and impact people.

In this way to become great and recognizable, you also have to develop certain critical competencies in yourself. There are many things a leader should have in himself to work with a team and help people.

So, plan out your dreams and life goals, and then only we can assist ourselves to become what we have thought of. Just thinking about dreams would never help us in achieving them.
